Please note that menus can be customized according to both budget & taste

The following menus below are suggested by Villa Artigiano as a guideline

Price will be determined based on item selections

Pricing does NOT include 6% sales tax and 20% Gratuity

Family Style Dinner
Available Monday - Sunday after 4pm

All Menus are served with freshly baked bread, Iced Tea, Sodas, Coffee & Hot Tea

$45 per person

1st Course:

Choice of (1) Antipasti Served family style

ANTIPASTO - prosciutto, soppressata, salami, parmigiano reggiano, feta, and gorgonzola cheese w/ olives

OR

FUNGHI TRENTINO -  trio of mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, garlic, fresh basil and a touch of demi-glaze

2nd Course: 

Choice of (1) insalata served family style

INSALATA di CAESAR - crisp romaine lettuce with seasoned garlic croutons tossed in our homemade caesar dressing

OR

MISTA - our house salad with mixed greens, sliced raw onions and fresh chopped tomato, tossed in an aged balsamic vinaigrette dressing

3rd course - 

Host chooses 3 options and Guests have the choice of (1) of the 3 options served individually

GNOCCHI ARTIGIANO - homemade spinach and ricotta dumplings in a fresh tomato basil sauce topped with feta cheese

OR

PENNE VODKA - short pencil point pasta with prosciutto, shallots and peas in a pink vodka sauce 

OR

POLLO PARMIGIANA - breaded chicken cutlet topped with fresh mozzarella and homemade pomodoro sauce

OR

VITELLO CARCIOFI - medallions of veal sautéed with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic white wine lemon sauce

*Dessert, Cappuccino & Espresso is an up-charge

*Guests are permitted to bring their own celebration cake for dessert with NO plating fee

FUNGHI TRENTINO - trio of mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and garlic with basil and a touch of demi-glaze
OR

CALAMARI FRITTI - fried calamari rings with a side of homemade tomato sauce

OR

GRILLED ARTICHOKES - topped with diced sautéed shrimp, shaved reggiano parmigiano and chopped arugula lightly dressed with a white truffle oil

OR

ANTIPASTO - prosciutto, soppressata, salami, parmigiano reggiano, feta, and gorgonzola cheese w/ olives


2nd Course:

Choice of (2) Insalata served family style:

INSALATA di CESARE - crisp romaine lettuce with seasoned garlic croutons tossed in our homemade caesar dressing

OR

INSALATA ARUGULA - arugula salad with toasted pine nuts, hearts of palm and goat cheese, tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette

OR
INSALATA MISTA - our house salad with mixed greens, sliced raw onions and fresh chopped tomato, tossed in an aged balsamic vinaigrette dressing

OR

MOZZARELLA CAPRESE - fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes and basil chiffonade drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction


3rd course - 

Host chooses 3 options and Guests have the choice of (1) of the 3 options served individually

FARFALLE MORAVA - bow-tie pasta in a pesto cream or pomodoro sauce topped with shrimp

OR

TAGLIATELLE alla BOLOGNESE - wide pasta served with a homemade traditional meat sauce

OR

POLLO ARTIGIANO - chicken breast topped with asparagus, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella in a light marinara sauce

OR

VITELLO MARSALA - medallions of veal sautéed with wild mushrooms topped with shrimp in a marsala wine demi-glaze

Choice of any (2) combination of Antipasti from Dinner menu served family style

2nd Course:

Choice of any (2) combination of insalata from Dinner menu served family style

3rd Course:

Host chooses 3 options and Guests have the choice of (1) of the 3 options served individually

LOBSTER RAVIOLI - small cases of pasta stuffed with lobster in a brandy tomato cream sauce

OR

LINGUINI PESCATORE - linguini with mussels, clams and shrimp in a garlic white wine or spicy tomato sauce 

OR

CAPPELLINI AMALFITANO - angel hair pasta with jumbo lump crab meat, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil in garlic and extra virgin olive oil

OR

POLLO LIMONE - chicken breast topped with crab meat in a garlic white wine sauce with capers and fresh lemon juice

OR

VITELLO MARSALA - medallions of veal sautéed with wild mushrooms topped with shrimp in a marsala wine demi-glaze

OR

SALMONE alla GRIGLIA - grilled filet of salmon on a bed of sautéed spinach in a white wine garlic sauce with sun dried tomatoes
